Network Card replacement vps2.ams

    We are scheduling a replacement of a faulty network card for vps2.ams on Monday, 26th of June at 11AM CEST.

    We are expecting the server to be unavailable for about 15-20 minutes.

    In the meantime, it's possible this server will experience further sporadic reboots but this is unlikely.

Faulty PCIe lane on vps2.ams

    Maintenance has been completed. Everything should be functional again.

    The issue has been narrowed down to a faulty PCIe lane. Since the server has no more free PCIe lanes, a replacement is scheduled at 16h00 CEST.

    We are still noticing infrequent issues. We will most likely replace the entire server besides the NVMe drives by the end of the day. Will notify you via this channel once a maintenance window has been decided.

    The issue occurred again last night. We believe we have found the cause and are working with the datacenter to coordinate a fix.

    The datacenter has let us know that it was caused by a software issue on a router which has now been resolved. The issue is considered resolved.

    Connectivity has been restored. We are waiting on more information from our datacenter which we will share ASAP.

    Our datacenter in Eygelshoven/Frankfurt is currently experiencing issues. This is affecting all dedicated servers and VPS servers hosted there. We will update you as soon as we have more information.

    Amsterdam is unaffected.

VPS Panel maintenance

    Migration has finished. This will improve the stability and availability of the panel.

    In roughly 30 minutes we will be conducting an urgent migration of our VPS Panel. This will result in a downtime of about 30 minutes of our control panel. The VPS servers themselves should continue running. Starting/stopping servers will not be possible.

    We are currently experiencing an issue with one of our IP ranges (185.225.22.0/24). We’re still investigating and have contacted the involved parties. We will post updates here once we have more information.

virt9 - connectivity issue

    Cable has been replaced without interruption.

    The issue seems to be a faulty network cable (one out of two). We have made network configuration changes to restore internet-facing connectivity. The cable will be replaced later today by a datacenter technician however this should not affect network performance.

    We are currently investigating an incident with our virt9 VPS node relating to a connectivity issue. We will provide an update shortly.

virt1.fra has become unavailable

    Issue was caused by a faulty power supply which has now been replaced by a datacenter technician. Apologies for any inconvenience.
